Publisher Sega has confirmed the upcoming Football Manager 2013 UK release date with the PC and Mac bound game to hit retailers on November 2nd.
The latest addition to the iconic football franchise, the Sports Interactive developed Football Manager 2013 UK release date has been confirmed as its closest rivals storm the UK gaming chart, with today’s FIFA 13 UK release date following hot on the heels of the recent PES 2013 arrival.
Whilst the confirmed November 2nd Football Manager 2013 release date is still more than a month away, Sports Interactive has confirmed that the title will be preceded by a fully-playable ‘beta’ version of the game.
Set to be made available to those who pre-order the managerial simulator, the Football Manager 2013 Beta version will offer advanced access to many of the full game’s features two weeks prior to launch with all saved data to be available within the final title.
“Our fans are very good at letting us know what they want and the one thing that’s consistently at the top of their wish list is an earlier release date,” Sports Interactive Studio Director Miles Jacobson said.
He added: “While we can’t, strictly speaking, offer them exactly what they want, this Beta version is the next best thing… a fully playable Football Manager they can get their hands on around two weeks before the finished game hits the streets.”
Allowing gamers to take control of any club from more than 50 footballing nations, Football Manager 2013 includes all key European leagues from the lofty heights of the Premier League and La Liga to the less glamorous League 2. A database of more than 500,000 real-world players help make the latest Football Manager release one of the most immersive titles to date.
Set to be made available for both PC and Mac gamers, the November 2nd Football Manager UK release date will see the title battle it out with some of the years big releases landing just days after the October 31st Assassin’s Creed 3 release date and prior to the November 13th Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 launch.
